Special Assistant to Director
Provides assistance in scheduling, making announcements, advertising, and classroom assignments. Also, could act as MSA during mission operations. Entering log events, data to sorties as needed. Provide tracking of all personnel on base at any given time. Ideally would be available to be on hand to meet with base personnel to help smooth way for school activities.

Air Branch Director (FRO required) – Does not need to be same person for all 10 days of school.
Would have operational control of air assets during flying portions of school. Would provide briefing, debriefing and flight release to pilots and students going out on sorties to complete tasks. Needs to have intimate knowledge of WIRMS and be able to monitor incoming and outgoing flights simultaneously. Ideally would be able to monitor and understand monetary side of flights and understand budget.
Requirements: Have AOBD or be in training for AOBD. Be a flight release officer. Prefer a pilot but does not have to be a current pilot. This job can be split between several persons, candidates do not have to commit for entire school. May have teaching responsibilities when no active flight operations.

Radio Operator – Does not need to be same person for all 10 days of school.
2 to 3 persons to operate radios at Westover Squadrons radio room during air and ground operations. Operations would be during daylight hours only. Responsible for keeping track of aircraft and ground teams out on operations. Reporting departures, starting of tasks, completion of tasks, and retuning of flights to air operations or IC.
Requirements: ICUT and in training or be qualified as MRO

Mission Staff Assistant (2)
Handles all paperwork for school and mission that sorties will be sent out for training. Assists personnel with uploading of gas receipts for sorties. Log entries for AOBD or IC, and any other duty that will help the school operate seamlessly. Will also run errands as needed, make copies, and set up classrooms.
Requirements: Fully qualified MSA

Classroom Instructors for MAS, Ground, and Base Staff (Instructors can apply for more than one school)
MS instructors for classroom instructions to students, including demonstration of techniques, and testing. Does not need to be Evaluator qualified but is preferred. If Evaluator qualified, can evaluate flights.

MO instructors for classroom instructions to students, including demonstration of techniques, and testing. Does not need to be Evaluator qualified but is preferred. If Evaluator qualified, can evaluate flights.

MP instructors for classroom instructions to students, including demonstration of techniques, and testing. Does not need to be Evaluator qualified but is preferred. If Evaluator qualified, can evaluate flights.

GTM instructors for classroom instructions to students, including demonstration of techniques, and testing. Does not need to be Evaluator qualified but is preferred. If Evaluator qualified, can evaluate ground sorties.

GTL instructors for classroom instructions to students, including demonstration of techniques, and testing. Does not need to be Evaluator qualified but is preferred. If Evaluator qualified, can evaluate ground sorties.

Requirements: Be qualified in the area that you apply for, prefer that you have evaluator status in that qualification. Evaluator status is not necessary for just in classroom instruction, but you must have evaluator status to go on ground or air sorties.

Pilots to fly for MS, MO, AP schools. Evaluator status for MS, MO, AP is preferred but not required.

Pilots to evaluate potential MP trainees – Must have evaluator status.
